Good Posture Is Important to Your Health
Poor posture can cause lower back and neck pain. It has also been linked to high blood pressure and even a shorter lifespan.
What is poor posture? Poor posture is where a person’s head and shoulders slump forward.
Normal posture is having the heads and shoulders back, no slouched upper body, and the stomach and hips are not thrust forward. If you looked at a person with good posture from the side, you could draw a straight line from their ear through the middle of their shoulder, through their hip and own to their ankle. They look good and their clothes fit better.
